This course will utilize a combination of lecture, discussions, role-playing, and practice session and group discussion. A Sample presentation from the Trainer will be provided and a Final Presentation (15 min/participant * No of Presenters (20) = (5 Hrs) from each participants will be required. Feedback on Presentation and suggestion to improve will be reported.

  • Mr. Joseph Clarence a/l Emmanuel Michael specializes in

programs on project management, operation management practices and TS/ISO QMS issues. He has been involved in training for the last 30 years and holds a B. Eng (Hons) and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from QUB United Kingdom, England and Malaysia respectively. Joseph started his carrier in the maintenance of aerospace practices at ST (Singapore) where the AIAG practices we part

maintenance, production planning as well as scheduling and documentation control. He Is a Lead Auditor and an Assessor in Training and Assessment (Dip. in TAA) by Australian Quality Framework and is a Master Trainer registered with PSMB/HRDF. (Train the Trainer Cert/No: TTT 460616) He has:

approximately 100 multi-national and 1000 local companies.
