TOUR DIRECTOR

Entourage’s goal is for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your trip! Your Tour Director will keep the group organized, on schedule, and in the loop from the time you leave the school until the time you return home.

STAY IN THE LOOP!

Students and Chaperones on the trip can sign up for a text messaging block. Your Tour Director will send out timeline reminders during the trip to keep everyone on schedule and in the right places! Parents at home can also sign up to receive messages so they can learn about where the group is and what they are up to each day!

BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS

Each person is allowed one MEDIUM-SIZED piece of luggage and a small carry on bag. We’ll provide some packing tips a month before departure. You will receive Entourage luggage tags prior to departure. Luggage tags should be filled out and attached to all luggage.

VALUE ADDED!

Entourage provides snacks & bottled water on board the coach. You can expect to see a variety of chips, cookies, crackers & fruit chews. We try to avoid items with peanuts and take on board allergy concerns seriously. Participants are welcome to bring along additional items – but please exclude dairy items.

Day 1 – Wednesday, April 22, 2020

  • Meet & Greet by your Entourage Management Tour Director.
  • Early afternoon travel to New York City. There will be rest stops,

meal breaks, and a driver switch en route.

  • Travel through the night.

 Bring a blanket & a pillow for your traveling comfort!  Pack a small carry on with toiletries & a change of clothes for your first day in NYC. You won’t see your luggage until the hotel.  Bring your favorite DVDs (G, PG, & PG 13 only)  Enjoy complimentary snacks & water or bring your own. Please no liquid dairy products on the bus or leaky water bottles.  We’ll make dinner & breakfast stops en route!

WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?!

Students will be assigned 4 to a room in a room with two double beds. All chaperones will be assigned to their choice of double or single occupancy rooms, providing the numbers work out evenly. Students will sign up for roommates in January. Chaperones will be asked for roommate preferences. If you have any special requests or needs for your student, please contact Entourage Management.

WE’ LL KEEP OUR EYES ON YOU! ! !

Private Security will be provided at the hotel to monitor the room block from the hours of 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (or as appropriate for your schedule.) Security guards will ensure that students remain in their rooms on their appropriate floors, do not disturb other guests with excessive noise and be available to assist them to get help quickly should an emergency occur during the night. Additionally, we will make sure that the room block is arranged so that there are an appropriate number of chaperone rooms on each floor with the students.

  • Guided Tour of Manhattan. Today’s tour will give you time both
  • n and off the coach. Explore the sights of Upper, Midtown, and

Lower Manhattan as you work your way down to the 9/11 Memorial Plaza. Enjoy a walk through Central Park and time to get up close and personal in some famous NYC neighborhoods.

  • 9/11 Memorial Museum. The attacks of September 11 were one
  • f the most watched and documented tragedies in histories.

Explore objects and stories of the Museum’s collection. The memorial exhibition will commemorate the lives of those who perished.

  • Free Time to Explore. Tonight, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy

dinner on your own before your Broadway show.

  • Broadway Show – Aladdin. The timeless story of Aladdin is a

thrilling production filled with unforgettable beauty, magic, comedy and breathtaking spectacle. It’s an extraordinary theatrical event where one lamp and three wishes make the possibilities infinite. (Tickets are on request and the Broadway show is subject to change based on confirmation)

  • Evening departure for home. Travel through the night. There will be

rest stops, a driver switch, and a breakfast stop en route.

Pricing could be adjusted based on the final group numbers. Students will be accompanied by staff chaperones who will be notified to register after student registration.

Register early as space on the trip is limited and available on a first come-first served basis.

Once we’ve filled the first motorcoach, students will be placed on a waiting list if/until we have enough interest to open up a second motorcoach.

Parents, and only parents should register students using his or her own email. You will be required to upload a head shot of your student for chaperone information on the trip. Space will not be reserved without a $250 deposit. We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover.

REMINDERS

When you register for the trip, you agree to follow the payment schedule as outlined. You will receive EMAIL and TEXT payment reminders 10 days prior to your payment and right before your payment’s due date. Text reminders are BLANKET reminders and will be sent to ALL accounts – even if you have already made your payment. Just kindly ignore the reminder if you’ve already paid on your account. Payments DO NOT draft automatically. You must log in to your account at www.entourage-management.com/penyc and initiate your payment. We will also use this page to post any updates on the trip as we get closer to the travel date. Our team will follow up with you if you have not made your payment as scheduled. We are flexible, but do not know your intentions unless you communicate with us.

Cancellation Policy Up to 90 days prior Refund less $25.00 administrative fee plus any non-recoverable expenses (ie. Broadway tickets) 89-60 days prior 25 % trip cost cancellation penalty 59-45 days prior 50 % trip cost cancellation penalty 44-00 days prior No Refund Trip Cancellation Protection Cancellation insurance is available to you for $59.00 per person. Insurance is non-refundable and must be purchased at the time of registration. Coverage provides a full refund at any time prior to the trip should you have to cancel for documented illness, death in the family, or other emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. If you can be replaced on the trip, a full refund less $25.00 fee will be given.
