- Students must stay in their assigned rooms after curfew.
- Students may not leave the hotel area or any
amusement area at any time unless instructed by chaperones or staff.
- Students will not entertain visitors at any time during the
trip without prior knowledge and consent of chaperones
- r staff.
- Students are not allowed to rent or ride anything which
requires a deposit, or to take part in activities which require RELEASE FORMS, e.g., bungee jumping.
- Students may not enter the rooms of other students.
- Room damages and missing items will be the
responsibility of all the students sharing the room, unless the individual or individuals responsible can be determined.
- All students going on the trip are expected to abide by
the rules of Upper St. Clair High School, as listed in the student handbook.
- No usage or possession of tobacco, alcoholic
beverages, vaping, or drugs at any time.
- Any student found in possession of said items will be reported
to the police and will also face school district discipline.
- Chaperones or directors may check
baggage at any time, at the discretion of the director.
- IF A STUDENT DISREGARDS THE TRIP
RULES, HE/SHE WILL BE SENT HOME AT THE PARENT'S/GUARDIAN'S EXPENSE!
Performance Attire
- Choir/Orchestra/Wind
Ensemble – Black music department polo shirts and khakis (no capris!), black belt, dark socks, and closed toe shoes.
- Marching Band – Full
uniforms, including hats and black socks. ○ Auxiliary - Black and White Uniforms
What to pack on the TRUCK:

- Remember – you won’t
see this stuff again until Florida!
Chaperones will be checking ALL cases and bags before they are placed on the bus.
What to bring in checked luggage:
- Black music department polo
- Khaki PANTS (No Capris)
- Black, closed toe shoes
- Comfortable sneakers – lots of walking in the
parks!
- Comfortable clothing – shorts!
- Extra sunblock!
What to bring in carry-on:
- Photo ID
- Sunscreen - any liquid or aerosol must be 3.4
- unces (100ml) or less and be in a quart size
bag - you can also put this in your checked luggage in a EASILY accessible place.
- Sunglasses
- Cell phone (charger?) – give your number to
your chaperone!
- Medications (if necessary)
- Swimsuit – MODESTY!!!!!!!!!!
- Flip Flops (gasp!)
- Towel
- Change of clothes

- Be prompt. Pay attention and act
responsibly!
- Water - drink it. Drink more. And
more...
- Be sure to eat. Don't want anyone
passing out or getting sick.
- Sunscreen - reapply. Often.

- Download the My Disney Experience app for park information and show
times.
- Take advantage of Fastpass+ (skip the lines!)
○ Create an account on Disneyworld.com (just need an email address, will be prompted to create a password) ○ Using My Disney Experience, link park ticket to your account ■ Ticket numbers to be supplied by chaperones to each student ○ Three (3) Fastpasses can be scheduled 30 days prior to park visit day ■ 3/28 for Hollywood Studios, 3/29 for Magic Kingdom, 3/30 for Epcot ■ Each Fastpass is valid for one hour, for example 9am to 10am; you can visit the attraction once at any time during that hour. ■ Be aware of the itinerary and don’t schedule during performance times! ■ Fastpasses can be changed at any time, so if you book it and decide to change, it’s not a problem
Disney Details!
Fast Passes Continued: ○ There is a “tiered” system at Hollywood Studios and Epcot: ■ At Epcot, you can only get one advance FP from the following three: Soarin’, Test Track & Frozen Ever After ■ At Hollywood Studios, you can only get one advance FP from the following two: Rock N Roller Coaster & Toy Story. ○ Once the three original Fastpasses are used, you can get a fourth. Once that’s used, you can get a fifth, and so on… you can use the app, go online, or go to a kiosk Meals at Disney:
- $15 per meal on meal card (so $30 is there are two meals in one day).
○ The meal card can only be used on food! ○ If you don’t use it all it will carry over.
- Universal is similar to Busch Gardens from last year - get a meal and a
drink
