  • Students must stay in their assigned rooms after curfew.
  • Students may not leave the hotel area or any

amusement area at any time unless instructed by chaperones or staff.

  • Students will not entertain visitors at any time during the

trip without prior knowledge and consent of chaperones

  • r staff.
  • Students are not allowed to rent or ride anything which

requires a deposit, or to take part in activities which require RELEASE FORMS, e.g., bungee jumping.

  • Students may not enter the rooms of other students.
  • Room damages and missing items will be the

responsibility of all the students sharing the room, unless the individual or individuals responsible can be determined.

  • All students going on the trip are expected to abide by

the rules of Upper St. Clair High School, as listed in the student handbook.

  • unces (100ml) or less and be in a quart size

bag - you can also put this in your checked luggage in a EASILY accessible place.

your chaperone!

  • Medications (if necessary)
  • Swimsuit – MODESTY!!!!!!!!!!

Disney Details!

  • Download the My Disney Experience app for park information and show

times.

  • Take advantage of Fastpass+ (skip the lines!)

○ Create an account on Disneyworld.com (just need an email address, will be prompted to create a password) ○ Using My Disney Experience, link park ticket to your account ■ Ticket numbers to be supplied by chaperones to each student ○ Three (3) Fastpasses can be scheduled 30 days prior to park visit day ■ 3/28 for Hollywood Studios, 3/29 for Magic Kingdom, 3/30 for Epcot ■ Each Fastpass is valid for one hour, for example 9am to 10am; you can visit the attraction once at any time during that hour. ■ Be aware of the itinerary and don’t schedule during performance times! ■ Fastpasses can be changed at any time, so if you book it and decide to change, it’s not a problem

Disney Details!

Fast Passes Continued: ○ There is a “tiered” system at Hollywood Studios and Epcot: ■ At Epcot, you can only get one advance FP from the following three: Soarin’, Test Track & Frozen Ever After ■ At Hollywood Studios, you can only get one advance FP from the following two: Rock N Roller Coaster & Toy Story. ○ Once the three original Fastpasses are used, you can get a fourth. Once that’s used, you can get a fifth, and so on… you can use the app, go online, or go to a kiosk Meals at Disney:

  • $15 per meal on meal card (so $30 is there are two meals in one day).

○ The meal card can only be used on food! ○ If you don’t use it all it will carry over.

  • Universal is similar to Busch Gardens from last year - get a meal and a

drink

  • Talk to your teacher about what you will miss when on

the trip. If possible, do work BEFORE you leave for Disney. ○ Get the teacher form filled out!

  • As per the student handbook, you will have three days

to turn in all late work. You must have EVERYTHING in by May 3.
