Belvoir – Requires substantial onsite/offsite infrastructure work – Must go through local governmental/political process – Start with Navy Yard Relocation in 2011 • Lease Reston 3 (10 year lease delays Reston to 2015) • Renovate Bethesda ($50M), move 5-10 years later • Renew/relocate Dulles North, as appropriate
