The customer approached us with not being satisfied existing automation system which is not giving accurate results and creating manual errors.Along with higher maintenance costs related to probe breakage and other related issues and teeth counting issues He wants us to make it fool-proof automation system that can overcome not only the measurement Rquirements but to make a rugged automation system that generates accurate results with less maintenance.

We suggested a complete overhaul of the system and made a system that is compatible with SPC protocolos. Our system consists of: 1.Motorized rotating mechanism to measure the radial thickness, flatness,Ovality. 2.We introduced a first in class sensor mechanism to calculate the number of teeth. 3.Established a PC based SPC software to track the reduction. 4.Andon system to display the OK and NOT OKAY parts. 5.With Motorized controls we increased GAGE R&R and reduced manual intervention During the measurement cycle. 6.To reduce the probe damage we introduced first in class retractable mechanism That will only work all the safety systems in place. 7.To reduce down time we introduced preventive maintenance schedules and alert systems.
