PROJECT BACKGROUND
Talking Stick Resort Arena opened in 1992 Owned by City of Phoenix (and operated by Suns affiliate) Recent work: Chilled water infrastructure (primarily mechanical room /
level 0)
Fire suppression system (nitrogen) Waste, vent and domestic line replacement at SW
restrooms w/ ADA upgrades
Coordination with facility operator and tenants (scheduling
is critical)
Building / security protocols with arena operator Working around concerts, Suns games and other events
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete chilled water system replacement Largely on level 6 mechanical penthouse, surrounding
bowl
Complete main restroom stack renovations Waste, vent and domestic water line replacement
throughout
Replace fixtures, flooring, etc. Temporary facilities to support ongoing event activity Related MEP work as necessary
SCOPE OF WORK
CMAR Pre-Construction phase: Cost estimating Planning & scheduling Constructability analysis GMP preparation Construction phase: Replace chilled water lines Upgrade restroom plumbing and finishes, fixtures Coordinate with events/schedules
STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
The selection of the CMAR will be based on the following qualifications:
General Information – 150 points Experience of the Prime Firm – 200 points Experience of Key Personnel – 250 points Project Understanding and Approach – 300 points Overall Evaluation of the Firm – 100 points Reference Checks – 75 points Maximum number of points is 1,075

The RFx Overview (Event) Page is also where you can find your saved RFx response. Locate the desired RFx (Event) Number, and scroll to the right. You will see your RFx response number shown as a hyperlink. Click on the hyperlink, a new window will pop up to allow you to edit your RFx response.

Click the gray box next to the RFx (Event) Number you’d like to view. Then, Click Display Event This will open a new window to view the selected RFx If you don’t see the new window, check your POP- UP BLOCKER.

Update your Participation Status accordingly Click Participate. This will ensure you to get email notifications regarding your RFx Event, i.e. Notifications, New Attachments. Review RFx Information Tab for Start/Due dates/ Title of Solicitation

Click Create Response Review Notes and Attachments Tab for the RFQ, Pre-Submittal Presentation, Attendance Sheet, and Notifications, etc.

Once you’ve selected your document, add a Description and then click OK The Summary Tab provides a high-level

Click the CHECK button to ensure no system errors Click the SUBMIT button to submit your RFx response

You will see a confirmation message that your response was submitted. No email notification will be sent. Confirm you have the required number of attachments listed, as outlined in the RFQ. Click Close, and return to the RFx Overview (Event) Page.

Click Refresh on the RFx Overview (Event) Page. Locate the desired RFx (Event) Number, and scroll to the right. Your Response Status should display ‘Submitted’. A Response Status of In Process, or Saved indicates you are still in edit mode, and need to complete a step(s) before the system will update your RFx response to Submitted.
