Summary of Solic ita tion • Procurement Method: Request for Proposals (RFP) – Lowest Price ‐ Technically Acceptable (LPTA). • Zero (0%) percent LDBE participation requirement, however LDBE participation is encouraged. • Performance Period: One (1) year base period from the effective date of the contract with four (4) one ‐ year options.
