• Small companies

– Do not have time for verification (extra paper work) – Do not have time to teach students – Do not have extra space, equipment (computers…) – Afraid that students will take over customers

• Big companies

– Study case: national broadcasting company (1500 employees – they will take

• nly 9 students on practical education)

– But it will take extra people if they “can work”.

• Financial support for companies in last 3 years (600-800 EUR/per student

for 800 hours of practical education) – only 20 % companies decided to cooperate (no matter that school has to do all paper work for them))

• Companies needs people with skills, working habits etc. (… and to not

cost too much).

• Our mission is to prepare students to be good enough

to start working as soon as possible (when they come to companies).

• School should be organized us working environment.
