Once the PM agreement is awarded to us and entered into our computerized system dispatch tickets are automatically generated for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual visits. Parts requests are submitted to our Parts Department.
2.
Our Tech completes an 84-point checklist on each genset.
3.
Copies of the results are given to the customer.
4.
Any corrective maintenance items beyond the PM service are quoted and noted.
5.
Renewal notices are sent to our customers 30 days prior to the PM agreement anniversary date, including an invoice for the next service visit.
6.
Many customers prefer prepayment. We recommend it:
