  2. How We Get PM Work Our reputation and word of mouth is major. Our customers continually refer us. Service salesperson proactively pursuing new contracts. New unit start-ups provide our techs with an opportunity to make a PM contract sale and earn a bonus for themselves.

  3. How We Do PM Work Once the PM agreement is awarded to us and 1. entered into our computerized system dispatch tickets are automatically generated for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual visits. Parts requests are submitted to our Parts Department. Our Tech completes an 84-point checklist on each 2. genset. Copies of the results are given to the customer. 3. Any corrective maintenance items beyond the PM 4. service are quoted and noted.

  4. How We Do PM Work Renewal notices are sent to our customers 30 days 5. prior to the PM agreement anniversary date, including an invoice for the next service visit. Many customers prefer prepayment. We 6. recommend it: Allows service to be performed when residential customers are not home. Allows commercial customers better budgeting power. Improves cash flow and minimizes payment issues. We tell our pre-paid customers we give them schedule preferencing.

  5. How We Bill It On work completion, our tech submits each ticket daily and labor is entered on payroll. Each ticket is scanned into our software system after labor hours are entered. All job call discussions to/from the customer are entered directly in the software along with the job ticket. Job tickets are invoiced into batches on a daily basis and reviewed by our Service Manager. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Our normal PM job profit margin is 60%. Our average CM profit margin is 75%. Job costs include all labor, materials, and mileage.

  6. Special Offerings Load bank services Fuel polishing services Sales and rental offerings Additional corrective maintenance long-term forecasting.
