BERKWOOD HAS MADE A GRAPHITE DISCOVERY

THE FACTS:

  • 1. 3 Drill programs completed for 4006 m. 27 holes drilled all hiMng mineralizaPon.
  • 2. 26 of the 27 wholes having significant graphite intersecPons. (one hole 130 m)
  • 3. Assays successfully confirmed Graphite with average grades in the range of 14.39 to

25.52% Cgr and true thicknesses ranging 22.1 to 90 metres

  • 4. We have Large Flack and High Grade Graphite – Used in the anode of car ba`eries
  • 5. One of the largest land holders in the area now.
  • 6. Only 33.5 million shares outstanding.
  • 7. On-trend, adjacent to Mason Graphite's (TSX-LLG) massive graphite deposit.
  • 8. Vanadium, Cobalt and Lithium projects also in Quebec.

DEMAND FOR GRAPHITE IS GROWING

  • EV DEMAND - 10 countries have mandated EV cars by 2030 to 2040
  • SOLAR AND WIND FARMS - storing energy to sell at peak Pmes
  • HOME – ba`eries to store energy from solar roofs.

The Power Of Graphite

“Our cells should be called Nickel-Graphite, because primarily the cathode is nickel and the anode side is graphite with silicon oxide… [there’s] a liQle bit of lithium in there, but it’s like the salt on the salad,”

Extensions of Advanced Graphite Project

10

Mason Graphite’s advanced Lac Guéret Project has at least 75 million tonnes of high grade large flake graphite with robust economics showing a $160 million cost to build the mine, a 2.5 year payback and a minimum of 24 years of mine life. Berkwood’s Lac Guéret directly borders Mason Graphite’s property to the east and south and shares similar prospec?ve geology including along strike stra?graphic units, structure and geophysical anomalies. Sept 6th, 2017 Berkwood announced it increased its land package by 5 Pmes due to intersec?ng graphite in all 13 of the first holes drilled! One of the largest land holders in the area now.

Part of Plan Nord region, Quebec’s highly regarded sustainable development ini?a?ve

  • Three hours driving ?me from the city of

Baie-Comeau (290km) which has daily connec?ons with major airlines. Mason Graphite has announced plans to build a large graphite processing plant in Baie- Comeau

  • Easy access via a major secondary road and

numerous ter?ary and forest roads that traverse the property.

  • The Government of Quebec has commiLed

$400 million to improve HWY 389 to the upcoming Fermont and Mason mine, which happens to go right past our property too.

NEWS RELEASE NOV 28th, 2017 Berkwood reports high grade Graphite assays with large true thickness intersecPons up to 40.3 m on Zone 1 at Lac Gueret South Graphite Project Posted on November 28, 2017

Berkwood Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the assay results from the drill program on the Zone 1 geophysical prospect at the Company’s 100% owned Lac Gueret South Project. Thirteen holes were drilled in the first Phase drill program with every hole intersec?ng visible Graphite. Sec?ons of the drill core were sent for assay and we are pleased to confirm High grade Graphite with average grades in the range of 14.39 to 25.52% Cgr and true thicknesses ranging 22.1 to 40.3 m.

  • Mr. Edward Lyons PGeo (BC, QC, NL) has worked extensively on the Lac Gueret Property, now owned by

Mason, states “The analyses show that the thick unit on SecXon 3100E as well as shorter intervals showed a similar range of grades that occurs at Mason Graphite’s Lac Gueret deposit nearby.”

NEWS RELEASE JULY 11th, 2017 TSX-V SYMBOL : BKR Berkwood Resources Ltd. acquires Delbreuil Lithium Project, AbiPbi District, QC Berkwood Resources Ltd. (“Berkwood”, or “Company”) is pleased to announce it has acquired a package of 53 claims located over a lithium rich zone of the Abi?bi area, east of Simon Lake, Quebec, which the company has named the Delbreuil Lithium Project (the “Project”). The property is easily accessible by main and secondary roads, and is located in a region characterized by other know occurrences of lithium (Li).

The acquired claims have similar geology to

  • ther known lithium showings in the

immediate area: the known occurrences on the Project property and on the other known occurrences comprise pegma?tes that host spodumene. The Project claims were previously explored for base metals: among the historic data is an assay on a sample recovered from pegma?te that returned anomalous lithium (1,290 ppm), tantalum (126 ppm) and rare earth elements. The Property also includes the Delbreuil base metal showing with historic assays on drill core of up to 3.4% Zn, 0.27% Ni, 0.38% Cu, 4.1 g/t Ag and 0.06% Co.
