Capital Planning ● Currently working with Watson & Associates to update our current long-term plans ○ Last updated in 2015-2016 ● Board-wide Facility Condition Index = 33% (meaning schools are well utilized and in relatively good condition) ● Average age of school= 52.8 years facility age ranges from 24 yrs. to 128 yrs. of age ○

Capital Plan – Capital Priorities • St. Anthony’s Catholic School – Kincardine $6,287,159 • 8 Classroom Addition • 4 Childcare Space Addition (2 Toddler; 2 Preschool) • Partnership with YMCA Kincardine • St. Teresa of Calcutta - $1,058,758 • 2 Childcare Addition (1 Toddler; 1 Preschool) • Expansion of existing partnership with Brockton Daycare - ATP Submitted • Owen Sound Family of Schools • Ministry continues to support our efforts • In September 2018 Grade 3’s moved from St. Basil’s to Notre Dame • St. Basil Catholic School = JK – Grade 2 • Notre Dame Catholic School = Grade 3-8 • St. Mary’s High School – Continue work closely with staff at both Ministry of Education and Infrastructure Ontario
