– Improvements to first/last mile access, accessible vehicles, and technologies to improve information, speed, and reliability

What is High Capacity Transit? How is it different from today’s buses?

High Capacity Transit Corridor
- Moves more people than a typical bus
- Fewer stops, higher speeds, and more frequent service than
local bus service
- Can be either bus or rail-based
- Designed to be as congestion-proof as possible
- Features enhanced stations, new sidewalk connections, and
technology upgrades
- Connects with regular bus service
