Scope of Works - Phase 1
- Two new access junctions to Oteley Road
- On site earthworks, including Sustainable Urban Drainage ponds
- Approx. 1500m of foul water sewer from Shrewsbury Town FC to
proposed site entrance
- Approx. 500m of surface water drainage sewer from Sutton Grange
to proposed site entrance
- New service connections including BT, electricity and gas

Proposed Traffic Management
- Oteley Road will be closed to west bound traffic from the junction of
Wenlock Road to entrance of the Shrewsbury Town Football Club.
- A diversion route which will be clearly signposted will be via the
A458, A5 and the A5112 Hereford Road.
- Local access for residents will be maintained.
- Traffic Management due to be set up on the evening of the 20th
June

Programme of Works
- 20th June – 18th July: Lane closure for sewer installation along
Oteley Road.
- 18th July – 5th September: No traffic management on Oteley
Road, works within grass verge installing ducting for services will continue with no effect on traffic flow
- 5th Sept – 3rd Oct: Traffic management using temporary traffic lights
to complete sewer installation
