– (1) EPC Agreement – Substantial Completion by May 31, 2021 – (2) LTPMA (Long-term Performance and Maintenance Agreement) – 20 years from COD
- Project size / characteristics
– 7 MW (Base Offer) or 10 MW – 4 hours (Base Offer) – If bidding 10 MW, then 2.8 hours or 4 hours – 50 annual cycles (Base Offer) or 365 annual cycles

– Max six (6) Offers per Participant – Each Participant must submit a Base Offer (7 MW, 4 hours; 50 annual cycles) – Other offers will be accepted for 10 MW (either 2.8 or 4 hours) and 365 cycles, i.e. these variants: – Other offers (for any of the size/cycle alternatives above) that offer cost savings, through engineering decisions or changes to PG&E requirements / requests, are encouraged (see Appendix B5 for details)

10, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific)
