Update on DEQ Activities

• Initial response included testing of 25

residential wells (as of 7/31/2018)

• To date (as of 9/10/2018), DEQ has:

– Canvassed 271 locations – Sampled 211 residential wells – Sampled 3 irrigation wells

• Left flyer with 53 locations
• Four residents have declined sampling

Sampling Results

• Have received 207 results (as of 9/10/2018)
• Number of results indicating no detection of

any tested PFAS compounds: 49

• Number of results indicating total PFAS > 70

parts per trillion (ppt): 40

• Number of results indicating PFOS+PFOA > 70

ppt: 15
