PERU LIMA The company’s key holdings are located in southern Peru. He has held senior positions in FMC Gold (later Meridian), Sunshine Mining and various junior companies. Starting in 2002 he formed Esperanza Resources and served as CEO/ President. Esperanza successfully discovered two deposits in Mexico and Peru before its acquisition by Alamos Gold. He has extensive Peruvi- an experience having lived and worked there for over 25 years Dr. Quinton Hennigh, PhD, P.Geo. - Chairman, Director Dr. Quinton Hennigh is an economic geologist with more than 25 years of exploration experience with major gold mining fjrms including Homestake Mining,Newcrest Mining and Newmont Mining. Currently, Dr. Hennigh is President and Chairman of Novo Resources Corp. that is developing a gold project in western Australia, as well as serving as and director of Irving Resources Inc., TriStar Gold Inc., Precipitate Gold Corp and NV Gold Corp. Tyson King - Vice President, Director Mr. King has over 10 years experience in the management of publicly trading and privately held companies within the commodities and natu- ral resources sector. Channel sampling by previ- ous operators of outcropped breccia units yielded: • 50 meters at 1.12 gpt Au, • 43 meters at 1.79 gpt Au 91 rock chip samples in 400 x 100m area within the brec- cia pipe averaged 0.9gpt Au . Other collected samples up to: • 15 gpt Au, • 6870 gpt Ag • +2% Cu *Au - Ag mineralization hosted in the Cerro Hermoso diatreme breccia has the same characteristics as mined vein occurences in the annulus of the diatreme _ 11

  12. C S E : M O N T HIGH GRADE CONCENTRIC MINES SURROUND THE OUTLIER OF THE DIATREME COM PLEX Samples taken from the Cerro Hermo- so Vein returned high Au - Ag grades. High grade vein systems that 3 samples yielded 11.2, 46.8 and 160 formed on the perimeter of the gpt Au diatreme wall have been mined for 40+ years • 5 mines have historically been mined to a depth of 300m - Minsur operated Santa Barba- ra Mine 1966 – 1990, milling 740,000T Exploration Target 1 Disseminated Au - Ag Mined Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn ores, - cut off grades approx: 450 gpt Ag 2% Cu 1% Pb . Minsur Mine has 9 levels to 240m, expanding for over 2km. Exploration Target 2 Santa Barbara Vein System Reports indicate that ore grade increased to 3% Cu at depth. This mineralized material was never mined nor explored below. Mine abandoned after cave in. * Integration of the Santa Barbara vein system and Cerro Hermoso diatreme breccia mineralization may be shown by the trace of mine level 3831 that connects Santa Barbara to Cerro Hermoso _ 12
