  3. PAN MINE North Pit – Primarily Silicified Ore Source  Crusher and leach pad blend of argillic and silicified materials for proper percolation, stability, and recovery TSX-V: F 3  North Pit material leaches slower and is very abrasive

  4. PAN MINE South Pit – Primary Argillic Ore Source  South Pit material is soft, drills easily, and tends to have higher recoveries TSX-V: F 4

  6. Pan Mine Reserves and Resources 2019 • Pan Resource Update Completed in late 2018 by SRK. • 2019 Resource Enhancement due to early 2018 Drilling Program of Near Mine Targets (71 holes, 28,730 feet, all RCR) Pan Resource 2018 Resource Tonnes Grade Grade Contained Metal (incl. reserve) (Au oz) (000s) (g/t) OPT Measured 6,031 0.6 0.018 117,000 Indicated 21,578 0.45 0.013 315,000 27,609 0.49 0.014 432,000 Measured + Indicated Inferred 7,580 0.45 0.013 110,000 TSX-V: F 6

  8. Pan Mine • Gold Mineralization is controlled locally by the high angle Branham Fault Zone (BFZ), and secondarily by favorable lithologies adjacent to the fault zone. • Specifically, solution breccia (SBX) and silicified breccia within the BFZ in the lower Pilot Shale, near the Pilot-Devils Gate contact is a favored mineralization focus in North Pan. • At South Pan, the ore is typically heavily argillized and less silicified within the BFZ. Ore may occur in the Devil’s Gate or Pilot Shale, but always near the BFZ. • Ore from North Pan is ‘blended’ with South Pan ore at the leach pad to enhance permeability and recovery. TSX-V: F 8
