PAN MINE

North Pit – Primarily Silicified Ore Source

  • Crusher and leach pad blend of argillic and silicified materials for proper percolation, stability, and

recovery

  • North Pit material leaches slower and is very abrasive

PAN MINE

South Pit – Primary Argillic Ore Source

  • South Pit material is soft, drills easily, and tends to have higher recoveries

Pan Mine

  • Gold Mineralization is controlled locally by the high angle

Branham Fault Zone (BFZ), and secondarily by favorable lithologies adjacent to the fault zone.

  • Specifically, solution breccia (SBX) and silicified breccia within

the BFZ in the lower Pilot Shale, near the Pilot-Devils Gate contact is a favored mineralization focus in North Pan.

  • At South Pan, the ore is typically heavily argillized and less

silicified within the BFZ. Ore may occur in the Devil’s Gate or Pilot Shale, but always near the BFZ.

  • Ore from North Pan is ‘blended’ with South Pan ore at the

leach pad to enhance permeability and recovery.

Pan Mine Exploration Potential - 2019

Exploration Opportunities at Pan are Classified as 1.Near Mine –Development, and 2.Expansion or Property Targets (exploration targets identified within the property boundary).

Pan Mine Exploration Potential - 2019

Limited exploration drilling in 2018 grew reserves and extended mine life. Many of these areas indicate additional resource is available for definition by subsequent drilling phases.

Gold Rock Highlights

1037 Mining Claims Approximately 25,600 acres

First Claims Located in 1979 Mining at Easy Jr. started in 1989 and continued sporadically until 1996 bankruptcy. Total Historical Production 52,400 ounces of gold from Easy Jr. pit Resource Update in 2018 Approximately 420k ounces Au in Indicated and Inferred Fiore completed 8 Holes in 2018 Targeted 3 outlying exploration areas. Encountered anomalous Au mineralization and confirmed target concepts. Exploration drilling was not designed to enhance known resource. Mine Permit ROD issued in 2018 Mining Permit includes Exploration disturbance of 392 acres (76.7 used to date) Numerous Exploration Targets Targets defined by favorable geology, structure and anomalous surface sampling. Limited drilling, sometimes no drilling.
