Protest Safe

  • A non-profit that offers basic first aid education and resource essentials to protestors.

Disaster Response Team

An optional opportunity

If you are…

  • Residing near USC for the Fall 2020 semester
  • An active member with current certifications

you may volunteer to be a member of our disaster reserve. This will involve (1) additional training session with our faculty advisor, Fire Captain Steve Goldfarb. Email us with interest by Friday, September 4th.

  • Will not count towards membership requirements for Fall 2020

Online Scenarios

  • Individual scenarios will emphasize patient assessment
  • It is your job to determine what is going on with the patient
  • Proctors will play the patient, treatment EMT, fire captain, and/or bystanders
  • The patient’s vital signs will be given to you at random by the treatment EMT,

unless specifically requested

  • There will be a 10 minute time limit
