What are the requirements to be a part of Operation Arrow?

  • Be at least 16, but not yet 21
  • Commit to full length of jamboree
  • Meet the BSA height & weight guidelines
  • Obtain lodge adviser approval

How do I sign up to be a part of Operation Arrow?

  • Register online at oa-bsa.org/jamboree
  • $150 deposit due at registration
  • Troop numbers for Operation Arrow staff are:
  • 6211 – Program – OA Service Corps
  • 6221 – Program – OA Jamboree Trek Guides
  • 6231 – Program – OA Indian Village Staff
  • 6213 – Program – OA Medical Transport Corps
  • 6311 – Program – OA Aerial Sports Team

Do any scholarship opportunities exist for youth Arrowmen?

  • “Green Bar Bill” Hillcourt Foundation and the OA will

grant a limited number of scholarships to youth staff

  • Each a maximum of $250
  • Applications must be submitted to the national

service center no later than December 31st, 2016
