What’s Changing Medical • BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) will be the new U.S. medical plan provider − New medical/pharmacy ID card will arrive before 1/1/2020 − Check www.bcbstx.com Blue Choice PPO Network − MDLIVE will replace Teladoc as the telemedicine provider, with behavioral health added − Magellan Healthcare will replace Resources for Living as the EAP provider − Gym membership benefit − For more information click here: http://mycpchembenefits.com/wellness [mycpchembenefits.com] 4

What’s Changing Medical Plan Enhancements • In vitro fertilization (IVF) coverage − Medical expenses - up to $10,000/lifetime − Prescription drugs - up to $5,000/lifetime • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) coverage • For children diagnosed with autism on or before age 10 − Covered services include:  Medications  Psychiatric or psychological care  Therapeutic care 5

What’s Changing Pharmacy • Pharmacy provider is changing from embedded to carved out with CVS Caremark as the provider − Participants impacted by formulary changes will be contacted by CVS Caremark in the 4 th quarter − See CVS Caremark documents http://mycpchembenefits.com/health [mycpchembenefits.com] ─ Pharmacy plan number will be printed on the back of the BCBS medical card 6

What’s Changing Navigation/Advocacy • HealthAdvocate − Navigation/advocacy vendor − A single point of contact for a variety of benefit questions – One number to call! − Find providers, schedule appointments, second opinion support, resolve coverage, eligibility, benefits and billing issues − Medicare questions and support − All employees and their families are eligible − You do not have to be enrolled in CPChem medical coverage to be eligible − Access HealthAdvocate via phone at 866-799-2731, website at www.healthadvocate.com/members or mobile app 7

What’s Changing Other • Health Care FSA debit card add − Streamlined reimbursement replaced with full access debit card (qualified providers) • Your Journey to Wellness − Addition of financial wellness activity • Consumerism Videos (Video Vault) − Provides shorts clips of benefit information throughout the year touching on popular topics • Mercer Benefits Service Center will be changing to Morneau Shepell in 2020 – no impact to participants for now 8

Important Reminders • Open Enrollment Period: October 9 th – October 25 th • You can make your elections one of two ways: • On the website at www.cpchembenefits.mercerhrs.com • By calling – 1-800-446-1422, option 1 (available 8:00 am – 5:00 pm U.S. Central time, Monday through Friday) • Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits without a qualified status change • All Open Enrollment Materials are available at www.mycpchembenefits.com on or before October 8 th . 17

Important Reminders (cont.) • Any dependents removed from coverage during Open Enrollment will not be offered COBRA • Eligible dependents include: • Legally married spouses, and • Biological children, stepchildren, foster children, legally adopted children, children placed for adoptions and children under permanent legal guardianship and/or sole managing conservatorships • Failure to properly and timely respond to the post- enrollment Dependent Verification process will result in the dependents being dropped from coverage 18

Important Reminders (cont.) • Most elections will rollover • The following elections will NOT rollover: • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and the Health Savings Account (HSA) • Spousal Surcharge attestation must be completed each year or the surcharge will be assessed regardless of the previous year’s attestation. • Increases to Life and Long-Term Disability elections required a Statement of Health • Confirmation Statements scheduled to mail on November 12 th 19
