OPE Project: Gloucester Hub Phase 3 One Gloucestershire partnership identified opportunity to relocate two GP practices to Quayside site as current surgery buildings are no longer fit for purpose or have space for expected population growth OPE funding secured to support needs analysis, feasibility, options appraisal and development of business case GCC and NHS CCG agreed to progress new ‘super surgery’ to serve 17,500 patients
