∗ Today’s presentations are proposals, ideas, and concepts ∗ No project discussion with other members; scores are independent ∗ Proposal scoring:

∗ Quantitative scores developed from written proposal ∗ Members received consultant technical review comments ∗ Members to provide Qualitative score after oral presentations ∗ Members not present for oral presentations may provide Qualitative score based on written proposals

∗ If your proposal is called and you are not present, you will not be given another opportunity to present ∗ If you choose not to present or are not in attendance when called, ORAC will base Qualitative Scores on written proposals

∗ Presenters will have a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes to “elaborate” on the written proposal; in the interest of ensuring all proposers have the opportunity to present, this time limit will be strictly enforced ∗ The ORAC will have an unlimited opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion of your presentation
