Montgomery County has received $92 million allocation to support our local economy and community as a result of the passage of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. We are extremely grateful for this support from the Federal Government, and this funding will be a game changer for helping our community recover from this pandemic. The Board of County Commissioners has moved to create a temporary Office of CARES Act, whose sole purpose will be the management of this funding and the distribution of these resources to our community.
