Tiree Machair

This is welcome news indeed! (- understatement of the year; I'm delighted) I've had a brief chat with my line manager, and yes, we are happy to meet ACHA's specified terms. I will need to consult with the rest of the access group regarding suggestions from our side for an appropriate length of contract. I'll

  • rganise a meeting of our team to go through these points, and feed the outcomes back to you.

Many thanks for presenting this to the board on our behalf; I am extremely grateful to your directors for this positive response. This provision really will make an enormous contribution to Tiree's goals for responsible access and the conservation of protected sites. I'll be in touch soon, Stephanie.

Tiree Play Park We are delighted to say that both the new pieces of equipment are installed in our playpark. We are delighted to have just received another grant of £4,000 from Tesco Bag Fund Appeal, so with this amount and the small balance from our last fund raising we are extremely hopeful to be able to replace another piece of our existing

  • equipment. We will of course request the permission from ACHA before

confirming anything. Our playpark is so well used, you seldom go past and there is no one in it. We very much appreciate our facility.
