  • This is a webex and is being recorded. We ask that all participants email their firm

name to the RFP Coordinator per the email instructions in the RFQ.

  • All the team members should familiarize themselves with the Procurement Lobbying

Law.

  • All information needed to respond to the RFQ is provided in the RFQ document itself.

The purpose of this pre-proposal meeting is to more fully describe the project, the goals and to answer any questions. It should be noted however, that all questions must still be submitted in writing to the RFP Coordinator to be deemed a formal response.

  • While DASNY will be the contracting entity, this is a joint process among DOH, ESD and

DASNY – all will be involved in the decision making process.
