To achieve the vision identified in ‘Delivering Together’ the following has been established:
- Transformation Advisory Board (TAB)
(Chaired by Minister)
- Transformation Implementation Group (TIG)
(Chaired by Permanent Secretary)
- 8 TIG workstreams; and
- 19 specific areas of work related to Delivering Together
- Nursing and Midwifery Task Group (NMTG) is a work area
- Interlinkages for NMTG to several workstreams / areas
