HSC Transformation Agenda To achieve the vision identified in ‘Delivering Together’ the following has been established: • Transformation Advisory Board (TAB) (Chaired by Minister) • Transformation Implementation Group (TIG) (Chaired by Permanent Secretary)  8 TIG workstreams; and  19 specific areas of work related to Delivering Together • Nursing and Midwifery Task Group (NMTG) is a work area • Interlinkages for NMTG to several workstreams / areas Maximising Outcomes, Embracing Challenges 8 March 2017
