Germany : Shortage of Nurses • There are not enough healthcare professionals in Germany & 84000 Nurses will be short in 2020, according to the “Rheinisch Westfälisches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung”, Till 2030 the gap will be over 200000 Nurses.

UK : Shortage of Nurses ‘The state of the NHS Provider sector’, pointed out that the Health Foundation, The King’s Fund and the Nuffield Trust have projected that on current trends, in 10 years' time, the NHS will have a shortfall of 108,000 full-time equivalent nurses. Additionally, successful applications to undergraduate nursing courses have lagged behind government targets.

One Year Adaptation Course in LITHUANIA PROGRAM INFORMATION Program : Nursing Course & Training Program Module Eligibility : 1) Practical Training in Health Care & Nursing. 2)Candidates will choose the country of A) B. Sc. (Nursing) Employment from Germany, UK, France. B) Registration with Nursing Council 3) Candidates will learn German, English or French C) Working Knowledge of English language depending on the country of their choice. Selection will be done through Screening Test & Interview.  IELTS not required but Students should have good Knowledge of English.  After 1 year Bridge Course, Students will work as Assistant Nurse for 1 year.  After Completion of 1 year of work as Assistant Nurse, they will be Students will  work as Registered Nurses, after their Registration.

NURSING IN EUROPE Remuneration Structure Germany Option: - Candidates have to Study German Language during the Course. - During Bridge Course Nurses will receive Stipend of Euro 650 Per Month. - After 1 Year Course, Placement as Assistant Nurse in Germany with Salary Euro 1400-Euro 1500 Per Month for 1 Year. - After 1 Year of work as Assistant Nurse, the Nurses are Registered as Nurse (RN) and Start with Salary of Euro 2000 Per Month. UK Option: - Candidates have to Study English Language during the Course for clearing OET exam. - During Bridge Course Nurses will receive Stipend of Euro 650 Per Month. - After 1 Year Course, Placement as Assistant Nurse in UK with Salary Pound 1200-Pound 1500 Per Month for 1 Year. - After 1 Year of work as Assistant Nurse, the Nurses are Registered as Nurse (RN) and Start with Salary of Pound 25000 Per Year (Approx).
