The demand for groundwater in these water sources is not great

due to low yield and poor water quality.

The water from these groundwater sources is not used for

productive use except in a few isolated areas in the GAB Surat Shallow.

Groundwater trading is almost non existent.
Observation of water levels shows that no significant decline in

water levels across the WSP area.

Groundwater extractions will not exceed extraction limits of the

respective four groundwater sources.
