  2. Disclaimer All statements in this presentation, other than historical facts, that address exploration activities and mining potential are forward-looking statements. Although Desert Gold Ventures Inc. believes that the expectations expressed in such forward–looking statements are based on reasonable assumptions, such statements should not in any way be construed as guarantees of future performance. Factors that could cause developments to differ materially from those expressed include exploration results; technical analysis; and lack of availability to the company of necessary capital to progress its projects further. The company is subject to specific risks inherent in the mineral exploration business and general economic and business conditions.

  5. Mali, West Africa • Mali is Africa’s third largest gold producing country . v Annual gold production in 2017 was 46.9 million tons ~1. 51million oz Au v >35 million oz Au of reserves v Recent new discoveries v Highly prospective and still underexplored v Major producers and Developers - Barrick, Anglo Gold Ashanti, B2Gold, Endeavour, Hummingbird, Resolute and BCM • Desert Gold controls 3 large exploration permits in strategic areas . v SMSZ Project – along Senegal Mali Shear and Main Transcurrent Shear Zones v Segala West – between 9.8 million oz Loulo Mine and 3.3 million ounce Tabakoto Mine v Djimbala – Adjacent to 1.8 million ounce Yanfolia Mine

  6. Western Gold Belt of Mali • Desert Gold is targeting 1 to 6 million oz Au - >> $1 billion in metal • Gold mineralization in Western Mali is related to the Senegal Mali Shear Zone (“SMSZ”). • Desert Gold’s properties are directly on and proximal to the SMSZ: • Major deposits in close proximity to Farabantourou and Segala West on the SMSZ: v Yatela: 3.5 Moz v Sadiola: 8.1 Moz v Loulo: 9.8 Moz v Gounkoto: 4.4 Moz v Tabakoto & Segala: 3.3 Moz v Fekola: 6 Moz

  7. SMSZ Project, West Mali • 407 km 2 Project spans the SMSZ v SMSZ related to 30m + oz Au of production and Au reserves. v Significant drill results including 6.28 g/t Au over 13 meters. OPEN! • 19 known sediment, volcanic and intrusion-hosted gold zones v Mineralization style mimics that of the nearby sulphide-replacement altered, limestone-hosted Sadiola and Yatela deposits that are host to more than 8 million ounces of gold. • Additional Upside v >100 untested gold-in-soil anomalies >200 ppb • 15,000 m+ drilling program planned to start in Q4, 2019 and extend to July 2020 • 10,000 m+ auger drilling program planned in Q4 and extend to July 2020 • Resource report tentatively planned for Q3, 2020

  8. Ashanti Gold/MMC/Altus Acquisitions • April 2019, Desert Gold announced the acquisition of Ashanti Gold Corp • May 7, 2019, Desert Gold signs deal to acquires 103 km 2 property • August 27, 2019, Desert Gold acquires another 83 km 2 land package from Altus • Sept. 24, acquired Linguekoto concession Transaction Highlights • District-Scale Land Package - ~20 km across by ~30 km long, ~407 km 2 • Excellent Location on Prolific Senegal Mali Shear (SMSZ) and Main Transcurrent Shear Zones (MTSZ) – The land package spans the SMSZ, which is related to 30 million + oz Au production and resources and the MTSZ, which hosts Barrick’s 3 million ounce Massawa Deposit. • The Gourbassi East and Gourbassi West zones significant resource potential • Combined Properties host >17 known Gold Zones

  9. Segala West Project, West Mali • The permit is 68km 2 and just east of the SMSZ and is currently under a renewal application. • 7 large artisanal mining zones exist within a 24 km 2 geochemical soil anomaly . • The property is located between 6 million oz Au Loulo mine and the 3 million oz Au Tabakoto mine . • The property contains 310 gold in soil anomalies >200 ppb with a high of 10,000 ppb . All require follow up. • Most holes encountered mineralization with best results of 5.35 g/t Au over 5m, 3.21 g/ t Au over 4m, 7.13 g Au over 1m, 7.16 g/t Au over 1m and 0.92 g/t Au over 22m.

  10. Southern Gold Belt of Mali • The 100 km 2 Djimbala prospect is proximal to several large mines and deposits • Hummingbird’s Komana mine (1.8MM oz Au) occurs just west of the Djimbala permit and Endeavour’s Kalana deposit with 2MM oz is ~18 km south of Djimbala. • It is also 15 km north of ~2 million oz Au Kodieran mine. • Bulk of the property has never been explored even though it appears to be in the ‘right area’ • Follow-up to include first pass soil sampling and mapping

  11. Summary/Highlights • Target 1 – 6 million ounce gold deposit in western and southern Mali v SMSZ PROJECT Ø Regional scale 407 km 2 land package spanning the SMSZ and MTCZ Ø 1 to 6 million ounce SMSZ target with strong gold mineralization already discovered Ø Target model working - Encountering similar geology to nearby 8 million oz Au Sadiola/Yatela mines Ø 19 known gold zones with minimal exploration to date Ø Upside – New gold zones and compelling soil anomalies to follow up with >60 >200 ppb gold v SEGALA WEST Ø Property sits between Randgold’s 9.8 million oz Au Loulo mine and the 3 million oz Au Tabakoto mine – Tabakoto requires feed Ø A large 24km 2 geochemical soil anomaly exists on the permit with 310 soil anomalies >200 ppb gold Ø First pass exploration encountered gold mineralization in most holes - follow up required v DJIMBALA Ø Adjacent to new Hummingbird Mine Ø Major artisanal mining presence on property Ø Initial, small, soil sampling program shows strong results with 20 samples >100 ppb gold Ø Additional surface exploration to be completed to delineate first drill targets
