engines ¡and ¡all ¡vehicles ¡(light, ¡medium ¡and ¡heavy ¡duty) ¡will ¡be ¡powered ¡by ¡ carbon-­‑free ¡electricity, ¡hydrogen ¡or ¡other ¡technologies.
