Program Name and Philosophy:
The San Carlos Apache Tribe Tribe’s TANF Program transitioned into a name change to Nnee Bich’o Nii, which translates to “Helping our Apache People,” reflects the traditional Apache philosophy leading to sustainable financial and personal independence.
