■ On May 7, 2019, City Council adopted Ordinance 26,141 (Item XI.B.) declaring a 180 day moratorium on the acceptance

issuance of re-zonings, building permits,

  • r certificates of occupancy that would

allow construction of or use of property in the 73111 zip code of Oklahoma City for certain retail sales of convenience goods or consumer shopping goods described as a small box discount stores unless the proposed subject store provides at least 500 square feet of retail floor space dedicated to the sale

  • f fresh, not packaged, meats, fruits,

and vegetables. ■ October 22, 2019, City Council adopted with emergency to extend the moratorium to 269 days.
