June 15, 2020 The 9-1-1 ACOG RFP Scoring Committees have completed evaluation on the Part A and Part B RFP responses and finalist Oral Interviews of the Offeror submissions and announces its intent to recommend to the Board of Directors that the 9-1-1 ACOG award the contracts for the procurement and implementation of a standards-compliant Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet) along with Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) and an i3-compliant call-handling solution to: NGA 911 for Part A Solacom for Part B As provided in the RFP, this Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the 9-1-1 ACOG and the apparent successful vendor. The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to 9-1-1 ACOG is executed. If the apparent successful vendor fails to negotiate and execute a contract with the 9-1-1 ACOG, the 9-1- 1 ACOG may revoke the award and award the contract to the next highest scored vendor or withdraw the RFP. The 9-1-1 ACOG further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract. This “Notice of Intent to Award” commences the period in which an unsuccessful vendor may protest solicitations for proposal or the award procedure pursuant to ACOG Procurement Policy, Article V: Resolution of Controversies, 5-101 Protest of solicitations and awards.
