Recommendation to the Board 13 Mission Critical Partners | 9-1-1 ACOG RFP Outcomes | 9-1-1 A ACO COG G Noti otice e of of Intent ntent t to Awar o Award • Part A – Call Routing June 15, 2020 – NGA911 The 9-1-1 ACOG RFP Scoring Committees have completed evaluation on the Part A and Part B RFP responses and finalist Oral Interviews of the Offeror submissions and announces its intent to recommend to the Board of Directors that the 9-1-1 ACOG award the contracts for the procurement and implementation of a standards-compliant Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet) along with Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) and an i3-compliant call-handling solution to: NGA 911 for Part A Solacom for Part B • Part B – Call Handling As provided in the RFP, this Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the 9-1-1 ACOG and the apparent successful vendor. The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to 9-1-1 ACOG is executed. If the apparent successful vendor fails to negotiate and execute a contract with the 9-1-1 ACOG, the 9-1- 1 ACOG may revoke the award and award the contract to the next highest scored vendor or withdraw – Solacom the RFP. The 9-1-1 ACOG further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract. This “ Notice of Intent to Award ” commences the period in which an unsuccessful vendor may protest solicitations for proposal or the award procedure pursuant to ACOG Procurement Policy, Article V: Resolution of Controversies, 5-101 Protest of solicitations and awards.
