Wednesday, November 20, 2019 Last day for CHHS technical assistance with applications Friday, November 22, 2019 at 5:00 PM Request for Proposal Applications Due to CHHS ➢ Please submit electronic copies to George Dahl at gdahl@spokanecity.org

  • Printed hard copies will not be accepted
  • Incomplete applications (including attachments) will not be accepted
  • Don’t forget the required attachments – last page of application

Monday, November 25, 2019 CHHS staff will begin reviewing applications for eligibility Wednesday, November 27, 2019 Applicants will receive notice on their application eligibility status Monday, December 30, 2019 Neighborhoods will have access to the CDBG Projects Menu Friday, April 3, 2020 Last day for neighborhoods to submit their completed CDBG Project Menu Friday, April 10, 2020 Notice will be given to all projects/applicants funded through the CDBG Project Menu Wednesday, July 1, 2020 Program Year 2020 begins

  • Qtr. 4: April 1 – June 30 (bidding/construction/billing/closeout)

– Lack of progress will result in terminated agreement – Projects must be complete no later than June 30, 2021

  • Subrecipients will have 60 days following the end of

contract terms to submit final billing
