KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT:

Sector Website www.ncuwash.org

 Support from ECHO through facilitation from GAA  Website is going to play a dual role.

 Digital library.  Interactive tool for updating of sector database.

 Work in progress through the same support is internet

connectivity to NCU for easier updating of the website and its subsequent launch. Field Technical Notes for WASH Facilities.

 Objective is to improve workmanship with WASH structures.  Target group include Local Community Based Artisans and

Extension Workers.

 Policy-Passed through cabinet and was endorsed late last

year.

 Endorsed document with the MoWRDM for reproduction.

 Guidelines for Hygiene Promotion in Urban Areas.

 Developed by Urban Emergency Rehab Taskforce  Document with NAC for adoption.  WASH Cluster to review the document and profer comments.  Sanitation and Hygiene Taskforce meeting on the 7th of

February to review the document.

 Document to be shared through the Cluster Chair for

commending.
