Your learning log
14
An effective record of learning will help you to:
- Reflect on your learning from activities and tasks you
complete;
- revisit the evidence linked to a problem or issue you
investigated earlier in the programme;
- focus on your leadership development priorities;
- make judgements about improvements in your leadership
and link these with impact on teaching and learning;
- demonstrate your progress;
- compile the evidence for how your leadership has made a
difference to your school or setting;
- show what leadership actions you will take forward into
new roles in the future.
