Legal Framework

 “The National Qualifications Agency is a

permanent collegial body authorized to implement public policy in the area of qualifications” (Art. 38, para. 1)

unions, 6 – governmental representatives (Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Social Politicy)
