This Programme was designed to regularise squatters in designated areas in accordance with the provisions outlined in the State Land (Regularisation of T enure) Act 25 of 1998 T H E S E C O N D N A T I O N A L S E T T L E M E N T S P R O G R A M M E

This Programme is intended to complement the existing Housing Programme by facilitating financial and technical support to eligible citizens seeking to construct their own homes with the state’s assistance.
