Project is complete In Service Project is under construction. Under Construction PPA has been approved (if required) and has internal approval. Planned National Grid has internally determined that the project is an appropriate solution to a need, but has not yet obtained Proposed Plan Approval (PPA) from ISO-NE (1.3.9 ISO-NE approval) Proposed Project is under consideration as possible solution to a need, but little or no analysis is available Concept Project Status Descriptions (may vary slightly from RSP definitions)
