Information provisions • Necessary for system planning – NEMMCO, Participants, Intending Participants and NSPs • Existed prior to AEMC changes during the wind technical standards changes – AEMC requested NEMMCO to put proposal back – NEMMCO baulked – NGF volunteered • Issue is confidentiality • Proposal attempts to: – Ensure NEMMCO can provide useful information to participants – IP is protected – Process is manageable NGF

Known Issues • Does not solve all of the problems – Other modelling software – But does not change their status just assists generators and NSPs • Releasable User Guide – Needs to be expanded to allow NEMMCO to edit/extract/use more generally – Transitional provisions needed • 3.13.3(l) – NEMMCO release – Needs to define when new data is included – After “offer to connect” has been made • NGF and NEMMCO will submit on these issues NGF
