The NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP) is formed of four regional procurement hubs namely:

  • East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement
  • NHS London Procurement Partnership
  • NHS Commercial Solutions and
  • North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative

For this procurement, NHS LPP is the lead contracting authority

We recognise that there are a number of frameworks in the market and it can be confusing for trusts when deciding on which frameworks are available to them. It is for this reason that CPP are working together on this national framework. Wider discussions with Crown Commercial Services are taking place to agree how best public sector organisations can work together regarding the agency market.
