Operations and Community Support On Time Performance – 99% daily average • Continued student roll calls to capture daily student ridership • Annually support of NEF through the Angel Tree Program by providing labor and buses to • deliver all the hundreds of donated gifts to each of the campuses for distribution Continued partnership with Aramark for the Stuff the Bus Food Drive • Parent and community feedback last year was so positive we continue to place Holiday • Bus decorations on the front of the buses Drivers received $1000 retention bonuses this year for returning to work in August and • Monitors received $500 retention bonuses Added paid vacation that is earned by daily attendance for our drivers and monitors this • year

Bus Maintenance Preventative Maintenance • Recall issues with AC Relays found by Reliant Team prior to school start • Preventative Maintenance inspections are done every 6,000 miles, every 12,000 miles and then every 36,000 miles, Annual DOT inspections are also performed as required by the state of Texas • Safety Inspections are completed every 90 days • Drivers also inspect buses 2 times daily and report any defects so that buses can be pulled for repairs • Buses are sent to outside vendors for accident body repair as needed . . . . They keep us rolling!

  6. Safety • Drive Cam – this tool is used for accident prevention and to teach drivers safety techniques to improve their driving skills. It also identifies our most risky drivers so that we can either provide retraining or determine whether a driver is not suited to drive professionally. • Road Supervisors review bus video that is sent to us from a third party after an event is triggered. • These events can include, hard breaking, following distance, drivers speed, hard turns, seatbelt violations, illegal maneuvers, cornering too fast, improper lane changes. • Our division has reduced drive cam incidents in the last year by 90%.
