- CCIS Representative “On-Location” in Orlando.
- CCIS Souvenir Drawstring Bag and luggage tags for each trip participant.
- Group Travel Video for each student participant including a compilation video of

What are the student responsibilities?

- You must be enrolled in Mixed Chorus and/or Band to participate
- Scheduling for next year begins in January. PLAN CAREFULLY!

- Candlelight Processional includes at least 15 songs (roughly 40 minutes of
singing), ALL BY MEMORY!
- Choir Boot Camp on August 20-21, 2018. All Disney choir participants are
REQUIRED TO ATTEND!
- Weekly before and/or after school practice sessions; attendance is mandatory
- Starting Oct. 22, singers will be tested for memorization. Anyone who fails (or
refuses to test) by Nov. 2 will be put on notice (parents will also be notified). If music is not memorized by Nov. 14, NO PERFORMANCE, NO TRIP!
- We will have an open rehearsal on November 15 at 7:00 pm

- Must be in marching band for full season
- Additional rehearsals will be scheduled

Paying for the Trip
- Initial Deposit: $200.00 per family (cannot use MMA student account for this
payment). This is non-refundable!
- Four Payment Options
- Option A: One lump sum
- Option B: Two payments
- Option C: Four payments
- Option D: Eight payments
- MMA student account balances can be used for these payments
- Once we pay for airfare, no payments will be refundable!
- MMA will hold multiple fundraisers to help defray costs

Miscellaneous
- We do not organize a parent trip
- We will not know performance dates and times until approximately 6 weeks prior
to the trip
- Attendance in school the Wednesday we return is expected – NO EXCEPTIONS!
