Objectives
- To build our profile and online relationships with the
public, members, and our stakeholders.
- To garner more feedback in our consultation
process.
- To promote other College-related content:
Communiqué, annual report, policies, etc.
- To provide customer service support in real time.
- To be transparent about our processes.
- To drive traffic to the website, the biggest repository
- f information for members and the public.
- To build trust.
Costs of Not Being on Social Media
The conversation is already happening…without us.
Building Our Social Media Presence
Public & Stakeholders:
- Promoting the use of the public register.
- Posting notices about public consultations and their results.
- Raise public’s understanding of what RPs can do/provide.
- Engaging in conversations with psychotherapy community.
Members:
- Share new resources.
- Reminders about deadlines (e.g. membership renewal, QA) and
- ther obligations (PLI audits, etc.)
- Promote Communiques, upcoming events (town halls,
webinars), etc.
