Solar Steelconstruction company was founded in 2012 and now is the biggest in Ukraine in the manufacturing and installation of mounting systems in the solar power station. The activity of the company is focused on high-tech manufacturing of mounting systems, construction, and exploitation of solar power plant (SPP), as well as implementing the entire range of installation works. SOLAR ROOF SYSTEMS

The design of the mounting systems of solar modules for roofs ‘Solar Roof Systems’ is a universal mounting device to fasten the photoelectric modules (PVM). Solar Steelconstruction company designs, manufactures, and installs the systems of fastening using:

• aluminum profiles
• steel profiles covered with zinc in hot method
• profiles of the zincified roll

THE MOUNTING SYSTEM ON SLOPE ROOFS is a set of carrying profiles, clamping elements for PVM and fastening that connect the profiles with the rafter construction or the roofing. This construction of fastening of PVM is used on the sloped roofs with the slope angle up to 60°. The location on the roof can be both portrait and landscape. THE MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR FLAT ROOFS has the design of the construction for fastening PVM that forms any required angle for tilting the panels. The slope is most often between 10° and 20°. THE BALLAST MOUNTING SYSTEM ON FLAT ROOFS has the design of the construction for fastening PVM that forms the required angle of tilting panels. It is used when it is undesirable or forbidden to lay the roof.

On-ground mounting systems are designed considering the adaptability for high and swift alterations of terrain height, which allows installing PVM and combining them into conditionally endless rows, and in the case of application of aluminum profiles, excluding the additional loads on the constructions under the temperature influence. We have over 300 MW of implemented projects using the aluminum profiles.

Systems of fastening for sloped and flat roofs are a universal technical solution, which allows creating constructions of any configuration from profiles of a single type to install PVM on any surfaces. We have over 800 MW of implemented projects.
