The spark is your beginning. An idea that buzzes in the back of your mind. A feeling of butterflies in the pit of your stomach. The moment of passion that convinces you that something can actually happen. It’s your own inner call-to-action.

THE BUILD

The build is the foundation of your goal. It is the gathering of all your tools and resources for success. The more time spent preparing and organizing for your fire, the more possibility for longevity of burn.

THE BURN & THE STOKE

To keep the fire burning it takes daily tending. As logs burn down you will need to stoke the fire with prodding and encouragement to prepare for new

• logs. These steps in the journey are the longest but contain the treasure of

victory and also the joy of the journey.

The embers are the evidence that you’ve reached your goal. They burn the hottest and are perfect for building a new fire without starting from scratch.
