CAM.oregon.gov 9/19/18 cam.communications@state.or.us CAM Launch • CAM launched in NWSDS AAA and District 10 APD on July 9 th . • Initial offices have now been using CAM for just over 2 months 5 CAM Launch • Feedback from the first roll-out of CAM has been collected and some system refinements have been made to CAM as a result • Ability to add multiple reporters to a single intake • Ability for more than one supervisor to see reports that need reviewed 6 CAM September Statewide Monthly Call-In 3

CAM.oregon.gov 9/19/18 cam.communications@state.or.us Statewide Implementation – weekly check-ins with Project • Project team will be meeting weekly with each roll-out area 6 weeks prior to the Go-Live for each roll-out • Weekly topics will include items such as: • Training details • Collection of CAM users • Technical readiness and preparedness • Sharing of lessons learned • Information to share with CAM users prior to training • How existing systems will be used post-CAM implementation 9 Statewide Implementation – Training • Will be offered throughout the state in the geographic area of the roll-out • Will be in-person classroom sessions and users will be on computers to practice within CAM • 3 days in duration (8:30-4:30 each day) • Will include scenario based exercises for participants to complete, including step by step instructions 10 CAM September Statewide Monthly Call-In 5

Support Tools 11 Statewide Implementation #2 Rollout #2 Albany and Eastern Oregon 2018 Oct OCWCOG, D9, D12, D13, D14 D9 (Hood River/Wasco/Sherman/Gillam); D12 (Morrow/Umatilla); D13 (Wallowa/Union/Baker); D14 (Malheur/Harney/Grant); OCWCOG AAA (D4/Lincoln/Benton/Linn). • Weekly check-ins started Aug. 27 and will go through Oct. 5 • 4 trainings will be available in multiple locations across 2 sets of dates (Sept. 25-27 & Oct. 2-4) • Go-Live Oct. 8. • Project team will provide on-site support at 5 locations the week of Go-Live (Oct 8-12) to assist with user adoption of CAM. 12 CAM September Statewide Monthly Call-In 6

CAM.oregon.gov 9/19/18 cam.communications@state.or.us Statewide Implementation #3 Nov 2018 Rollout #3 Portland & surrounding area D16, D15, Multnomah Co AAA Multnomah County AAA (D2 Portland area); D15 (Clackamas); D16 (Washington/Columbia). • Weekly check-ins for rollout #3 will occur 9/24 – 11/2 • 6 trainings will be available in 2 sites (Tigard and Portland). • Trainings will be offered Oct. 16-18, Oct. 23-26 and Oct. 30-Nov. 1. • Go-Live Nov. 5. • Project team will provide on-site support at 4-5 locations the week of Go-Live (Nov. 5-9). 13 Statewide Implementation #4 Rollout #4 South-west Oregon Dec 2018 Lane COG AAA, D6, D7, D8, D11 LCOG AAA (Lane D5); D6 (Douglas); D7 (Coos/Curry); D8 (Josephine/Jackson); D11 (Klamath/Lake). • Weekly engagements for rollout #4 will occur 10/29 – 12/7 • 6 trainings will be available across 4-5 locations. • Trainings will be offered Nov. 14-16, Nov. 27-29 and Dec. 4-6. • Go-Live Dec. 10. • Project team will provide on-site support at 5 locations the week of Go-Live (Dec. 10-14). 14 CAM September Statewide Monthly Call-In 7

Person accounts in CAM will need to be created for each person in CAM • OACCESS “Create New” button within the APS tab will be disabled once your area “Goes Live” with CAM.
