  7. FAQ How is a “New Client” defined? A “New Client” is an individual who has never previously placed an order with OPTA VIA. How is a “Reactivated Client” defined? A “Reactivated Client” is an individual who has not placed an order with OPTA VIA since December 24, 2019 Singapore Time. 7

  8. FAQ What is the minimum PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) needed to qualify as an order? A New Client or Reactivated Client must have an order with a minimum of 345 PQV from one or multiple orders (Qualifying Order) during the program period. Does the qualifying order need to be an OPTA VIA Premier order? No. Qualifying Orders can be either “on - demand” or Premier Orders. Of course, when bringing in a New Client or Reactivated Client, OPTA VIA Coaches should always encourage their Client to enroll into OPTA VIA Premier to save money on shipping and earn Rewards as they go. Please remember to explain to Clients the terms of OPTA VIA Premier. 8

  9. FAQ Does a Client order count if it contains tools or non-consumable items? Only OPTA VIA Essential Fuelings and Essential Optimal Kit for 5&1 Plan in any Client order will count towards the PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) requirement for Forward in Health program. How will I see my bonus being paid out? Bonuses will be paid weekly, once the weekly commission period has ended. To view your earned bonuses, visit OPTA VIA CONNECT. Once logged in, hover over “Engage” the select “Your Performance.” Weekly commissions will display any of your earnings received for Forward in Health program. 9

  10. FAQ How long do I have to sponsor a New Coach that is eligible to participate? Coaches have until Singapore Time 2:59 p.m. on April 20, 2020 to sponsor a New Coach who is eligible to earn the $280 bonus for welcoming 5 new Clients with 1000 FQV. Since your New Coach has 30 days to meet these requirements, some of these bonuses will be paid out in May 2020. I’m a New Coach that joined on March 1? Can I still participate to earn the additional $350 bonus? No, this only applies to OPTAVIA Coaches who purchased a Business Kit between Singapore Time 3:00 p.m. on March 9 till 2:59 p.m. on April 20, 2020. 10

Can the FQV and number of Clients count towards my qualification to earn the Quick Start Bonus (QSB) and Monthly Client Acquisition Bonus (MCAB) in the International Compensation Plan? Yes, please refer to the respective Quick Start Bonus and Monthly Client Acquisition Bonus criteria.
