What do I need to do to prepare my child/ward for the camp?

Your child/ward will need to be certified fit by a medical doctor to attend the OBS programme. Help your child/ward:

  • Keep fit and stay healthy
  • Set goals with them and get them to keep an
  • pen mind
  • May guide them in packing (but don’t pack for

them!)
