Why ¡Change ¡ 9 ¡months ¡following ¡meter ¡removal ¡a ¡report ¡is ¡issued ¡to ¡ Transporters ¡to ¡inves3gate ¡sites ¡and ¡ensure ¡the ¡service ¡is ¡leN ¡in ¡ a ¡safe ¡condi3on. ¡ As ¡part ¡of ¡inves3ga3ons ¡desk ¡top ¡checks ¡are ¡carried ¡out. ¡These ¡ regularly ¡find ¡evidence ¡of ¡meters ¡s3ll ¡on ¡site ¡caused ¡by ¡data ¡ transfer ¡issues ¡amongst ¡other ¡things ¡ If ¡shippers ¡had ¡opportuni3es ¡to ¡scru3nize ¡the ¡data ¡prior ¡to ¡the ¡ report ¡being ¡issued ¡to ¡Transporters ¡these ¡sites ¡could ¡be ¡ iden3fied ¡and ¡resolved ¡in ¡a ¡more ¡3mely ¡fashion ¡with ¡less ¡impact ¡ on ¡customers ¡ 2 ¡

Solu5on ¡ A ¡report ¡is ¡to ¡be ¡issued ¡to ¡Shippers ¡containing ¡sites ¡with ¡meters ¡ removed ¡6 ¡months ¡previously. ¡ ¡ Shippers ¡will ¡have ¡30 ¡days ¡to ¡inves3gate ¡the ¡sites ¡contained ¡and ¡ report ¡back ¡to ¡the ¡Transporters ¡where ¡meters ¡are ¡iden3fied ¡on ¡ site. ¡ ¡ Where ¡meters ¡are ¡found ¡these ¡will ¡enter ¡into ¡the ¡process ¡ implemented ¡by ¡UNC ¡MOD0424 ¡and ¡MOD0425 ¡and ¡be ¡removed ¡ from ¡future ¡Transporter ¡GS(I&U)R ¡reports. ¡ 3 ¡
